Return and Exchange Policy

Only the following items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase from houseofarfa.com:

  • At the time of delivery, the item(s) is/are defective or the wrong order/ size /article issue.
  • Within 3 days of receiving the order, the customer must notify us. The customer must contact us via E-mail at info@houseofarfa.com or call us at +92 333 1395333

Criteria Of The Return Policy:

Returns that do not satisfy the below-mentioned criteria will be rejected and returned to you in accordance with our policy.

  • If your return is acceptable and approved, please ensure that your things are fresh, unused, in their original packaging, and designer tags are still attached.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • There has been tampering with the product.
  • Anything including labels, price tags, original packing, and the order invoice are missing from the shipment.
  • If the parcel is damaged or the seal has been broken, do not accept it. House Of Arfa will not be held liable for such transactions.
  • House Of Arfa is not liable for any thing obtained from unlicensed dealers or individuals.

REFUND:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are authorized, your refund will be made, and a credit will be given to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.

  • Late Or Missing Refunds:

Check your bank account immediately if you haven’t gotten a refund yet. Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account.

The next step is to call your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

  • Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. There are no refunds on sale items.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@houseofarfa.com and send your item to 39-A DHA EME Phase 12, Lahore

GIFTS:

You’d get a gift credit for the value of your return if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you.

A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item has been received. If the item wasn’t identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and they’ll be notified of your return.

SHIPPING RETURNS:

You will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time for your returned product to reach you will vary depending on where you reside.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you’re returning more expensive things. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:

Before the order is processed, the customer has the option to cancel it.

House Of Arfa reserves the right to cancel orders for a variety of reasons, including out-of-stock items, articles found to be defective, pricing problems, or credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution.
